Aileen Velasquez, MSN, FNP-BC
Nurse Practitioner
Aileen, founder of RARRE Aesthetics & Wellness, is a distinguished board-certified Nurse Practitioner with a Master of Science in Nursing and brings over 20 years of experience to the practice as a Registered Nurse across various medical settings.
Aileen's expertise spans advanced wound care management, medical-surgical care, and pediatric oncology/ICU. Aileen’s healthcare journey began at Loma Linda University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She spent the first six years of her career at Loma Linda Medical Center, gaining invaluable hands-on experience that shaped her into the compassionate and highly skilled professional she is today.
Over the past six years, Aileen has specialized in medical aesthetics, building expertise in treatments such as injectables, lasers, radiofrequency treatments, IV vitamin hydration, peptide therapy, platelet-rich plasma therapy, and advanced skin care. Her diverse career in healthcare has equipped her with exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to precision and accuracy in patient care.
What truly sets Aileen apart is her unwavering dedication to her patients. She approaches each treatment with empathy, taking the time to understand her patients’ concerns and educating them about their options. Aileen firmly believes aesthetic treatments should prioritize safety while enhancing natural beauty. She takes immense pride in helping her patients achieve renewed confidence and joy.
Outside of her professional life, Aileen cherishes time with her husband, and three children. Together, they enjoy leading an active lifestyle, often engaging in fun and competitive workouts with family and friends. Guided by her deep-rooted values of faith and family, Aileen integrates these principles into her practice, ensuring her care is grounded in integrity and compassion.

Dr. Behrang Dehkordi, MD
Medical Director
Dr. Dehkhordi, board-certified physician by the American Board of Family Medicine, brings unparalleled expertise to RARRE Aesthetics & Wellness. With advanced certifications in Aesthetic Medicine, Emergency Medicine, and Sports Medicine, Dr. Dehkordi combines his medical acumen with a passion for injury prevention, recovery, and optimization.
A former semi-professional soccer player, Dr. Dehkordi has a unique perspective on physical performance and healing. His extensive experience includes treating elite athletes as a team physician and medical director for professional soccer organizations such as San Diego 1904 FC. Renowned for his proficiency in cutting-edge techniques like ultrasound-guided injections and platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapy, he applies the same precision and innovation to aesthetic treatments.

Makenzie
Patient Coordinator
Makenzie is the Patient Coordinator at RARRE Aesthetics & Wellness, where she ensures each patient has a seamless and welcoming experience throughout their aesthetic and wellness journey. With a background in Early Childhood Education, she has a deep passion for guiding and supporting others, whether in a classroom setting or through personalized patient care.
Outside of work, Makenzie is an avid traveler and food enthusiast. She loves exploring new cities, trying unique restaurants, and embracing the joy of discovering new cuisines. She also enjoys camping and embarking on adventures with loved ones, always accompanied by her two dogs.
Whether at the clinic, out in the world, or pursuing her passion for education, Makenzie strives to bring curiosity, joy, and a sense of connection into everything she does.
Dawn
Marketing Manager
​Dawn is the Marketing Manager at Rarre Aesthetics & Wellness, where she focuses on enhancing the medspa’s online presence, connecting with clients, and creating engaging content. With a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and currently pursuing her RN to become an Aesthetic Registered Nurse, Dawn combines her marketing expertise with her growing passion for beauty and aesthetics.
Outside of work, Dawn enjoys spending quality time with her family, trying new foods, and exploring new places. Whether she’s doing her makeup, hair, or lashes, she also loves indulging in all things beauty-related.
